Real is run by the Project Real Team at projectreal.net. Downloading, installing, or using Real means you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Software.
By using Real, you confirm you're at least 13 and can legally enter into these Terms. If you're using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
As long as you follow these Terms and have a valid license key, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Real on your own device for personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not let you:
Access to Real is managed through your account. License vouchers ("keys") add subscription time (balance) to your account when redeemed. Keys are single-use, non-transferable, and non-refundable once redeemed. Sharing or reselling keys obtained outside our official channels will result in revocation without refund.
We may revoke your account access at any time for breach of these Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the Software or community.
Buy licenses only through the resellers listed at projectreal.net/purchase. We're not responsible for losses, fraud, or disputes from purchases made anywhere else. If someone is selling Real keys outside that list, they're not us.
Due to the digital nature of Real and the immediate delivery of license keys, all purchases are final and non-refundable once a key has been redeemed against an account. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented access, contact support@projectreal.net within 7 days of purchase.
We do not issue refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases made with correct product information visible, or keys purchased through unauthorized resellers.
You agree not to use the Software to:
We push updates, patches, and new versions. Some of them may be required to keep using the Software. We can change, pause, or stop the Software at any time without notice, and we're not liable for doing so.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REAL, ITS OPERATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Real and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software or your violation of these Terms.
We can terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Once terminated, your license ends right away.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes get posted at projectreal.net/terms with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Software after a change means you accept the new Terms.
When your account is terminated (by you or by us), your subscription balance is forfeited and your access to the Software ends immediately. We will retain minimal account data for up to 12 months for fraud prevention and compliance purposes, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request expedited deletion by emailing support@projectreal.net.
